Talino Venture Labs is currently looking for (2) Business Analysts who can work remotely and are able to start as soon as possible.
Responsibilities:
Evaluates existing business processes and gathers end-to-end requirements and discovers areas of improvements, risks, and impact, bearing in mind current resources and limitations in place
Coordinates and aligns the business requirements and other pertinent information across the development teams, product teams, and other involved parties
Prepares necessary documentations comprehensible to the business units, technical units, and other involved parties; documentations include Business Requirements Documents, User Manuals, and other documents required by the project
Gathers critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produces useful reports and documentation
Designs and conducts the user acceptance testing process to ensure that the functional and non-functional requirements of the solutions being developed meet the criteria
Conducts workshops and training sessions related to product
Requirements, Desired Skills and Experience:
At least 1 or 2 years experience in IT Industry. With experience in business analysis in banking or financial institutions
Knowledge in implementing Fintech Project is a plus
Strong analytical, critical, and creative thinking skills
Will have the opportunity to be assigned in a US Based Fintech Startup
Willing to work on US Based Time Zone
Excellent attention to detail and able to produce high quality output, such as in documents and presentations
Experience with working and communicating across technical and product teams, including various stakeholders
Experience in creating Business Requirements Documents, Process Flows, Use Case Diagrams and other technical and product documentation
Able to ask the right questions and explores business processes thoroughly
Experience and understanding of Business Process Model and Notation 2.0is a plus
Experience and understanding of 3rd-Party integrations is a plus
