Exciting times are afoot at Talino Venture Lab, and we are looking for a Project Manager to guide our Engineering team as we scale our operations and expand our product offerings. 

Your role‍

As a Project Manager, you will be a key member of Talino’s Technology Team, working closely alongside business leaders, engineers, and various project stakeholders to ensure efficiency and the timely delivery of all deliverables.

You must love the intersection of people, business, data, technology, results, problem-solving, and leadership to be a fit for this role.

You will be the master communicator between the development team and business stakeholders. On a practical level, this means that you will be overseeing a team of engineers and coordinating their work according to the needs of customers, project stakeholders, and adjacent teams while keeping everyone well-informed through each project milestone.

What it takes‍

This job is a unique combination of business and tech. To do it well, you should have relevant experience in leading IT projects to completion while staying on time, on budget, and within a predefined scope. You should have experience or at least a good amount of knowledge on relevant technologies, and be able to align technical capabilities with business needs, strategizing to achieve the best possible outcome.
